Use the Search feature first before asking. This topic came up many times but there's yet to be a common consensus unless GW FAQ'd it.

This has been done to death. GW has yet to release an official answer. After more than a year. When they do, it will be "Agree with your opponent before the game", because that's how they roll these days. Many tournaments say yes. Many other tournaments say no.

While GW dithers, the only answer is "Agree with your opponent before the game! :) :) :)"
