proxying orks as berzerkers

i was wondering if anyone has ever seen anyone use orks as khorne berzerkers?
I love kitbashing parts together to make ork units, but don't like playing with the rules in the orks codex.
Fluff- wise and rule wise it would be sound, but has anyone here actually seen it done?
if so could I have some conversion ideas

i've got quite a good one...

why dont you use ork heads & arms on Beserker bodies & legs, and paint them to be muscley :D
seems both Orky & knorney to me ;D

you could do an entire choas marine orks counts as if your oppoenets are ok with it.

Grampa ducky did something similar a while back where orks counted as blood angels as a parody.

Do not expect it to be taken seriously though.
