got in to warhammer 40k when my brother show me the Rulebook and I looked at the Eldar section and was flabbergasted. . I soon had him making me a 1000 point army list. I am verrry new to this game and would accept any helpful hints. I have played my bro and I lost to him .

Listen to Dark Flame. Eldar do require a bit of skill to properly use, but I'm positive you'll find them to be very rewarding and equally potent once you get your bearings.
