I think the guy who posted this said this would start June 2013. With this information, I would put my money on CSM and DA this fall/ winter, and tau this coming spring (northern hemi style of course). Thinking this based on Tau not having enough for a full re-release wave, but enough for a second wave.
Eldar will likely be after June since they have substantial stuff. Same with orks.

Marcus looked at Rehd with a look of mild disbelief. He had encountered men, if a creature who thought like Rehd could be called, like him before on a few occasions. Yet he still couldn't quite comprehend them. The incredible violence was one thing, Marcus understood some were willing to use more extreme methods than he, who even disliked regular torture, abstained from. It was the fact that they thirsted for nothing but power and carnage, their lives seemed to have no purpose other than personal pleasure at the expense of others. They had no comprehension of companionship, brotherhood, family, love. His eyes subconsciously drifted toward Kahlan, though he quickly glanced away up into the sky. He couldn't let emotions cloud his mind. Yet at the same time, he couldn't let go of those emotions, what made him human, what seemingly separated him from the Assassin. It may make him weak, but there was more to life than just power.

Marcus seems to be pretty solidly lawful good. Although he values a person's character and doing the right thing before following the law, so would that make him more neutral good?

I concur. There were too many goodie two shoes before (guilty as charged), it feels more realistic now.

I also agree that we are walking, because the sooner we start walking the sooner we can stop walking, be it reaching cyven or being attacked again, which is much more interesting than walking.

Marcus rose silently, packing his things. His dreams had been haunted with images of Jan'us, slowly dying before him, and Galithir, vanishing in a flash of light. He looked across the camp to Kahlan; he didn't think he could lose another person so close to him. Galithir had been a wise mentor, like a father almost, and Jan'us a blood brother. He looked at Tybalt, Oan, and Zothern, the only remainders of that party that left perro's folly. No more of them could be lost.

I MAY be able to do this. I have no idea what my time schedule is going to be like come the fall with college starting, but hopefully I will still have some downtime and I would definitely like to contribute. I certainly won't be playing any games for the first few months, but I would still like to contribute to the campaigns.

Well that was quite entertaining!
Thielban was excellent in the fluff, you could really see the internal conflict between his old and new self. Would've been nice to hear a bit more from Bella, but you can only fit so much in, especially in such a short game.
You really did whomp on him. The harlie-star shrugging off a demolisher shell was quite impressive. Mech really is nerfed isn't it?

Would love to here from grumbitz again, perhaps sara as well.

Definitely going to enjoy this edition as an ork player, that is if I ever actually get some games in :P

Going to add some nob bikers for sure. Fast attack is two dakkajets and some koptas, my kans likely won't see daylight nor will my dread, grots to camp on an objective surrounded by ageis with a quad gun will definitely be featured.

Hello folks,

I am planning on adding some nob bikers to my army. A couple questions that I have first:

How do people generally model them? I assume regular bikers with non heads and bodies, but just making sure.

What are the best load outs and unit size for these guys? I would plan on running a warboss in the unit and probably 5 bikers, since it would be 2 3 man boxes.

Any other advice regarding them?

I agree a lot with what Wargamer has said here. 6th has mostly buffed shooting and weakened CC, which is purely benefit for Tau since we never want to be in combat. We don't need a ton of things I think, just the addition of a flyer, either a barracuda or something similar, some adjustments to fit in with new rules (target locks, skyfire on some weapons like sky ray perhaps, etc.) and they should be golden.

That said, I see nothing wrong with adding some fun things in the 2Sdex, since this is for fun. While things like the devil-backs isn't necessary for a balanced 6th ed tau codex, it is a fun addition if priced correctly.

Currently I have 2 dakkajets, 10 lootas, almost 60 boyz, and some other stuff. I think I will end up running a unit of Koptas with that, might grab some nob bikers for their awesome survivability/speed/power, and either more lootas or some meganobz to take advantage of 2+ being much better now.

WOOOO!!! THE BIG BAD WARBOSS IS BACK!

Pumped to see this. I haven't had a chance to play or even watch a 6th ed game yet, so it will be great to see how it goes. Nice to see some Tau, don't think I have ever seen them in any of your reports, and Sha'shera sounds quite entertaining in comparison to Maximus, who is always a good laugh especially when he is beaten down.

He is going to have some trouble shooting down that Dakkajet without anything with skyfire, and his only real ranged anti-tank being the broadsides. Granted they are quite deadly, but will they be used to shoot the jet down or instagib some nob bikers? We shall find out!

I am gonna pick Grumgutz in this one.

Marcus flinched slightly at the explosion. "Perhaps," He responded to Tybalt. "I believe they were charged with destroying it, so that seems possible. Either that or the machine was damaged by the cold and then malfunctioned. Oil pumps tend to malfunction in a much more spectacular fashion then, say, a water mill."
