This thread will be used to score the 'ready to play' stuff. This thread will be used to link to each army / unit in turn. If you feel something about these units should be changed, post about it in the Working Thread.

The Harlequins [v1.01]
Guardians of the Black Library and servants of the Laughing God, Harlequins make excellent allies for any Eldar army, as well as those fighting Chaos. Though they may come to aid other forces, they are invariably serving their own ends, and cannot be counted upon to aid you in your goals.

Legion of the Damned [v1.1]
Sometimes, when all seems lost, shadowy warriors in black armour adorned with flame and bone motifs will emerge seemingly from nowhere, slay the foes of Man, and vanish without a trace. These are the Legion of the Damned; the ghostly guardians of the Imperium.

Tarellian Dog-soldiers [v1.01]
Notorious as mercenares across the galaxy, these brutish aliens have a long-standing hatred of the Imperium, but will take anyone's money when the battle is joined.

ELITES:

Columbine Troupe             28pts per model
The Columbina are the most arrogant of the Harlequins. In the dances they take the role of the high born of the lost Empire; aloof and willfully ignorant of how their actions lead them to damnation. They soar high above the stage in their own private dances, their noses turned upward even as the depraved and the corrupted below drag them down into damnation.
On the battlefield, Columbina race through the skies on tattered wings, trailing shimmering holographic patterns that shrivel and fade like dry leaves in their wake. This sense of lost glory they project serves only to lure their victims into a false sense of security, for when the Columbina strike they do so with unmatched fury. Death comes on toxin-laden shurikens or by the sting of a Harlequin's Kiss; either way it is delivered with such swiftness and ferocity that most of their victims die before they are ever aware of the danger.
Columbina typically operate alone on the battlefield, disdaining the company of others, be they Harlequin or otherwise. Although they claim to have no interest in the 'lesser affairs' of their brothers, Columbina have a curious habit of deciding, purely on their own initiative, to flank the enemy as other Harlequins launch a frontal assault, or else to blunt and turn back the enemy's own attempts to outmaneuver the Harlequins. The Columbina themselves insist this is purely coincidental, and will swiftly soar back to the skies before anyone can say otherwise.

The Harlequin Armoury:
Note: Some of these items may appear in other army lists. For clarity, only units chosen from the Harlequin list use the rules presented here; it can be assumed the Harlequins have slightly modified the items in question to suit their own unique fighting style!

Shrieker Catapult: Shrieker weapons are based on the shuriken weapons of the Craftworlds. However, their important distinction is the presence of the potent toxins the Harlequins employ. Shrieker weapons are loaded with bio-explosive ammunition; a bizarre and terrifying toxin that causes the victim to swell up alarmingly before exploding in a shower of corrosive ichor.

Domino Field: A Domino Field is a more sophisticated version of the holoprojectors used by other Harlequins.
The Domino Field grants the user a 4+ Invulnerable save.

Dread Mask: This mask draws from the mind of nearby enemies and projects their greatest fears back at them, leaving them unable to defend themselves when the killing blow comes.
A model equipped with a Dread Mask may re-roll any failed To Hit rolls in a Challenge.

Flip Belt:
A model equipped with a Flip Belt treats all Difficult Terrain as open ground for all intents and purposes.

Holofield:
Vehicles equipped with a Holofield receive a 5+ Invulnerable Save.

Riveblades / Phase Gauntlet: These mysterious weapons are forged by Harlequin weaponsmiths in the shadowy corners of the Webway. They are not entirely real, shifted partly into Warp Space to better slay the Daemon and banish it. Against mortal foes, this ethereal element allows the Harlequin to literally strike at the soul of the foe.

Tanglefoot Grenades: The Tanglefoot Grenade is not a grenade at all, but a portable gravity pulse generator that randomly changes the strength and direction of gravity around itself, leaving its victims stumbling around like drunken oafs and tripping over their own feet.
A unit containing at least one model equipped with Tanglefoot Grenades counts as having Defensive Grenades.

THE LEGION OF THE DAMNED
VERSION 1.1

Allies Matrix:
Allies of Convenience: Black Templars, Blood Angels, Imperial Guard, Sisters of Battle, Space Marines, Space Wolves.
Desperate Allies: Grey Knights.
Come the Apocalypse: Chaos Daemons, Chaos Space Marines, Dark Eldar, Eldar, Necrons, Orks, Tau, Tyranids.

Legion of the Damned Special Rules:

Aid Unlooked For:
The Legion of the Damned are not a conventional army. Indeed, it is questionable as to whether they are still 'alive' at all. Whatever they are, they emerge from the smoke and confusion of battle, joining beleaguered Imperial forces in the eleventh hour. Once the battle is over they vanish just as quickly, with only the enemy dead to prove they were ever there at all...
Legion of the Damned units do not deploy with the rest of your army. Instead, they are deployed after all other units at the same time as Scout moves are resolved. They must be placed in your own Deployment zone as normal. This is not counted as a Deep Strike; you are simply deploying them late! Legion of the Damned with the Scouts rule may make a Scout move immediately after deploying via Aid Unlooked For.
In addition, because they will invariably vanish the moment the killing stops, Legion of the Damned that are taken as allies do not count as Scoring under any circumstances.

This replaces the "Aid Unlooked For" rule in Codex: Space Marines.

Litanies of the Legion:
On the turn the Legionary Chaplain charges into combat, the Chaplain and any Legion of the Damned unit he joins gains the Hatred special rule against all opponents.

Unyielding Spectres:
A non-vehicle model with this rule has a 3+ Invulnerable save.
A vehicle model with this rule has the It Will Not Die special rule.

This replaces the "Aid Unlooked For" rule in Codex: Space Marines.

ELITES:

Tarellian Bloodseekers       18 points per model
Bloodseekers came into being following the virus-bombing of the Tarellian homeworlds. Though innumerable Tarellians perished in these attacks, some survived, and many more were offworld, living only to see the death of family, friends, and loved ones. A subgroup of Tarellians emerged, survivors wracked and ravaged by the deadly plagues, or relatives of those lost, consumed no less gruesomely in the fires of their own lust for retribution. Both turned to the surgeon's knife for salvation, excising flesh for metal until they became a new sort of being, gruesome cybernetic berserkers now able to live for nothing other than the destruction of their species' foes. Brutal, heavy shock troopers insensate to the agony of what little flesh remains, or deadened wholesale to the pain of injury by the overload of nerves eternaly on fire from virus-bomb afflictions. Though almost all of those old enough to have survived the Homeworlds are long dead, new generations of Tarellians continue to become Bloodseekers, undergoing augmetic surgery without anaesthetic and even willingly subjecting themselves to preserved virus strains in order to keep fresh the pain and suffering of their forbears and stoke their fury.

The Tarellian Armoury:
Note: Some of these items may appear in other army lists. For clarity, only units chosen from the Tarellian list use the rules presented here; it can be assumed the Tarellians are using their own, slightly different analogues of the technology.

Tarellian Lasblaster: A heavily-built but oddly sleek and nondescript looking rifle, the Tarellian weapon of choice is a powerful automatic las-weapon whose torrential spray of lasbolts is well suited to their ferocious mid-to-short-range combat style, and potent enough to shred right through the flak armor of their hated Imperial foes.

Natural Weapons: Tarellians infamously possess fang-lined, pseudo-crocodilian maws, granting them immense bite force, and their hands are also clawed. Dog-soldiers locked in the most point-blank vicinities of close quarters combat can put these natural weapons to gruesomely effective use.
Tarellian models in base contact with enemy models gain a bonus attack during the Assault phase. This attack is resolved at the Tarellian's base Strength and does not have an AP characteristic.

Tarellian Power Axe: Tarellians favor heavy-hitting, power-field augmented hatchets, tomahawks, and boarding axes. Though smaller than the immense war axes wielded by Astartes, these xenos weapons strike with no less savage force.
