They've been using broken and badly built models for box "Art" for ages.

I think this is pretty damn shocking however, as the older stuff was normally limited to the back of the box. On the front is just plain lazy.

I miss the days when the front cover was a fancy piece of artwork and the models were resigned to the back.

This is just unfortunate and lazy on GW's account.
