2S Tau codex - questions to the audience

As an attempt to reinvigorate the project, I am going to conduct some research.
Please state what you like and dislike about the old TO/2S Dex, try to be brief and leave stats out as far as possible, they shall be discussed later. Just general directions are needed for now, like "cheaper FWs" or "more wounds on the suits" or "the idea of the BattleNet" or "just liked it 'cause it is something new".
