Space Marine 30th Anniversary (inc miniature)

We all know anniversaries have a very good use: making money. So here we have a new space marine miniature to buy to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Games Workshop Space Marine.

I doubt it'll be as popular as the 25th anniversary figure - at least it came with a scenic base and didn't have a beak helmet.

GW stores are offering a variety of in store events on the 16th and 17th of this month. Apparently there may actually be the odd freebie but take that with a pinch of salt.

The vintage model looks good enough, but the weapon doesn't look right in my opinion.  Why didn't they just opt for a conventional Boltgun?  It would have looked better from an aesthetic point of view.
