Codex: Worldeaters
Worldeaters Special Rules

Legion of Rage
Units in a Worldeaters detachment that have the option to take Mark of Khorne and Veterans of the Long war, must do so.

Holy Number 8
Units in a Worleaters detachment that have 8 models or a multiple of 8 models can purchase an Icon of Rage at no cost.

Machines of Blood
The following vehicles can purchase the Mark of Khorne for 10pts: Helbrute, Defiler, Forgefiend and Maulerfiend

Rampagers of Khorne
If Worldeaters are your Primary detachment, a single unit of Khorne Berzerkers can be upgraded at 8pts per model to Rampagers of Khorne. Rampagers of Khorne gain Feel No Pain(6+) and Shred Special rules and count as elites.

Chaos Artefacts
Any model that can select Chaos Artefact must to so from the Codex: Worldeaters, they cannot select from Codex: CSM

Allies
In addition to following the ally matrix for Codex: CSM, World eater detachments and Codex: CSM can ally with each other, counting as Battle brothers. Models with the Mark of Slannesh or Daemon of Slaanesh count as desperate allies 

Warlord Traits
When generating a trait, a World eater Warlord must either roll on the World eater Warlord Trait Table or one of the tables listed in the Warhammer 40,000 Rulebook.

World eater Warlord Traits Table
1.   Hatred Incarnate: The Warlord and his unit have the Hatred special rule.
2.   Rampaging Beast: The Warlord has the Rampage special rule.
3.   Fueled by Fury: When the Warlord loses a wound, he gains the Feel No Pain (5+) special rule.

Collar of Khorne 10pts: The character and his unit gain +2 bonuses to deny the Witch Rolls

Blood feed: Whenever an enemy model is killed in melee by the wearer of this item, roll a D6 on a 6 the wearer gain a wound that was loss previously.

Roghrax's Armour 50pts: This armour grants +2 armour save, and the Eternal Warrior Special Rule

Talisman of Burning Blood 25pts: One use only, when activated, all enemy units suffer -1 to BS (to a minimum of 1) and Infantry units count there move as difficult terrain for a single turn.

Axe of Blind Fury: as listed in Codex:CSM

First things I notice is some punctuation and small simple errors.

Also, you can easily put those Weapon stats into a proper table. Just get the code you need here ;)

For the Artefacts, try and differentiate between a piece of wargear and a Special rule associated with the item. Case & point would be the Butcher's Axe, and Blood Feed, looking like to seperate items, rather than an item and its unique SR.

Other than that, it looks fairly solid ^_^

Thanks for the tip Narric, Hopfully it will be easier to read now.

I thinking about changing The Arcane Destoryer to something else since i have already have anti-psyker stuff.

So the boys over at Throneofskulls.com (go check them out) offer a few suggestions. Heres a summary of the changes:
-Change to Allies, now models with the mark of slannesh count a desperate allies
-Rampagers of Khorne upgrade added, something similar to the bringers of despair
-Berzerker Glaive has been modified, Collar of Khorne reduced in points, the removal arcane destoryer and added Axe Blind Fury

Have you considered making a SC that comes with a pack of Warp Hounds, or something? :P
