Challenge Tweak

A minor tweak to the challenge rule. I think it's stupid that if Ghazzkull Thraka charges alongside 30 Ork boys and Mad Dok Grotsnik aagainst a single Tervigon, for example, either the 30 boys and Mad Dok or else Ghazzy himself have to literally stand aside and forfeit all their attacks. Therefore...
If only one model remains in combat on either side and he issues a challenge, there will be no penalties for refusing that challenge. (Note that he still must accept any challenge given to him as per 'Nowhere to Hide.')

The trouble with this idea is that it leave Monstrous Creatures essentially useless. their challenges can be ignored at no cost, but they can never ignore someone elses no matter what? That's hardly fair. The point of a challenge removing a character from combat for the turn is to show that characters need to lead by example. They're not going to inspire courage by running and hiding behind their unit after all. the current system reflects that by not allowing that character to attack as his men surge past him while he cowers like a grot.

Also, the current challenge rules do provide bonuses for having support while in a challenge so numbers are already taken into account.

Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to catch you.
