For some reason, I can't log out of the forum. I'm not that bothered, I was just having a look to see what parts of the forum a guest could access. But when I tried to log out, it just put me on the board index page, still logged in.

Try reseting your browsers cookies. It will probably log you off everything, but it should knock the problem and allow you to sign in and out freely.
What browser were you using when you had this problem?
There was that option to stay here "Forever"! :P
That forever button is a lie... it'll only keep you logged in for a few years. :P

Well it should be a year unless you have cookie issues. The server clock is right so I can only think of your browser to accuse of wrong doing. Or maybe the 'Delete Cookies' button that you pressed? :P
It's probably the Forge World cookie.
