I was wondering if Fateweaver can use his psychic attacks at other flyers. I know he can do so if he is shooting at ground units while swooping. I am just trying to see if he can use warpfire attacks.

He can whilst hes flying around so long as the psychic shooting attack isnt a beam, blast or template.
