Okay, now unless I've red it wrong a trukk can move flat out. It moves in the movement phase, and then some extra in the shooting phase.

A red paint job allows an ork vehicle to move 1" further and count as moving that distance.

Does this mean when going flat out it can move 1" further in both movement and shooting phase?
